In any event, special weight loss tips for teens are quite similar to weight loss tips for adults. They are:

Eat 5 to 6 meals a day instead of 2 or 3

Increase exercise in any way that works for you. Of course ask your doctor before you start exercising.

Eat your real meals at home, except on special occasions. (Yes, you are allowed treats.)

When you are at a fast food restaurant, try a salad.

Set small weight loss goals. Lose 3 pounds and then move on to the next goal of 3 pounds.
